The bachelor thesis deals with the description and analysis of the boys and girls international event in artistic gymnastics Memoriál Jana Gajdoše. The thesis is devided into several parts. First part contains theoretical bases, that are applied in the practical part of the thesis. On the basis of all the performed analyses are processed proposals to innovation of the event.

The bachelor thesis engages in designing a suitable marketing communication strategy for the sports club of microlight aviation. The thesis is divided into three sections. Literary research, analytical part and proposal part. Literary research includes theory regarding given issues. The analytical part is briefly presented the sports club and its existing marketing communication. Subsequently, a situational analysis was developed. On its basis, a marketing communication strategy to support a development and financing of the sports club was designed and recommended.

Web presentation of a sports club

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the sports club, which creates background information, and the subsequent creation of a web presentation for it. The obtained information includes the situation of the club, the reasons for creating a new website and details about the users. Subsequently, a web design is created, taking a look on the competing websites of other clubs, and a summary of important aspects. Part of the thesis is also the analysis of Content management systems, their comparison and selection of the most suitable for the given task. This selected system is further expanded to meet the club's requirements and its functionality. Considering the representativeness of the appearance, a suitable template is selected and edited. The thesis describes the individual extensions and plugins that were used and their own settings. In the last part, it briefly deals with search engine optimization. The website then serves as a web presentation for the sports club and this work as a listing of the necessary information and the necessary steps to create it.

Orienteering club support system

Nowadays, an increasing number of processes and life situations is getting IT support. Often the use of the Internet aims to accelerate and simplify existing processes. In addition, there is a big area of social networking that can be complementary. This thesis deals with the possibilities of using web technologies to support the running of a club and its subsequent development. Indeed, the club has the potential to simplify and automate many processes which previously have been carried out by someone in person. It has also a potential to use social networks for its publicity and development. The aim is to first determine what areas of the clubs operations are the most appropriate to be supported by any information system. Another objective is to find out how other clubs already integrate any information systems. The final objective is to design and create a specific application. The first two objectives are addressed through a survey among the leaders of the biggest Czech clubs. Indeed in these clubs, the use of automation and simplification of existing processes could have a great potential. The proposal for a specific application is then based on the previous survey and the field experience of the author. While serving many existing processes in running the club, the proposed application adds many elements of social networking.

The History of Physical Education and Sport in Hluboká nad Vltavou

This bachelor work deals with the history of physical education and sport in Hluboká nad Vltavou. The roots of it date back to 1893, when the Sokol unity was established in the town. The work is split into seven chapters. The first chapter describes history of the city and is followed by chapter about the physical education and sport since the creation of Sokol until 1918. The following chapter summarizes history of sport between years 1919 and 1945. The chapter includes expansion of the sportsman unities. Fourth chapter describes the breakthrough of new sport branches and the development of the existing ones in the post war in years 1946 to 1956. Next chapter deals with the communism age and it captures a rise of new sport branches in years 1957 and 1989. In sixth part author describes history of TV and sport since the formation of the Czech Republic to the present (2016). The last part lists sport events that are consisted of sports not usually held in Hluboká nad Vltavou. It talks about the 25k run around Hluboká, motorcycle racing, yachting, horse races and canoeing České Budějovice - Praha.
